Pricing Guide
 

Prices vary depending on your bespoke needs, the level of detail, and when you need the work delivered. The prices below are a guideline, and I always aim to price fairly.
 

I also understand that charities and community organisations may have tighter budgets, so I’m open to discussing lower rates where possible to help make visual storytelling accessible to everyone.

Graphic Scribing / Live Illustration
 

  • From £500 for a small event (up to 3 hours), including live scribing and a high-quality digital artwork delivered after the event.

  • From £700 for a small event (up to 3 hours) plus a 30-second time-lapse video showing the illustration from start to finish.

  • From £1000 for a small event (up to 3 hours), time-lapse video, and a set of custom social media assets or digital visuals based on your graphic scribe.

  • From £1800 - £2200 for a large, full-day event (typically 6–8 hours), including live scribing, final digital artwork delivered after the event, and a time-lapse video if required.

     

Additional Support
 

  • For events with multiple plenary sessions or simultaneous workshops, I can bring an additional team member to help with note-taking and gathering key content. This typically adds £300–£500 to the total cost, depending on the event duration and complexity.

  • If your event requires more than one scribe working simultaneously to cover multiple spaces or streams, prices will vary based on the number of scribes needed and the scope of the work. I’m happy to discuss options and provide a tailored quote.


 
Illustration & Digital Assets

  • Custom illustrations or digital assets start from around £250, depending on complexity and intended use (e.g. reports, presentations, websites, social media).
     

*Travel outside the North West, overnight stays, or highly bespoke projects may incur extra costs, which I’m happy to discuss upfront.

Max was very responsive in our request for support for our event. She carried out pre-event briefings so she fully understood the subject and what we were trying to achieve, as well as making recommendations as to how the finished product could be produced and presented. 

 

On the day Max attended in good time and brought all the equipment she needed. She engaged in the session and produced an initial first draft of the event.

 

She then followed up with some post-event versions of the scribe making amendments to things like colour schemes and softening of language as appropriate.

 

The final product was really accurate and exciting. Its unfortunate that due to a number of reasons we have not been able to share this wider as yet.
